Team ENJ has more then 30 years of experience; this includes budget development and monitoring, budget analysis, budget management, financial systems requirements gathering and procurement, GAAP compliant general ledger accounting and financial reporting

In addition, we've been responsible for developing, analyzing, and reviewing federal financial reports, reconciliations, and leading asset management activities, including matters regarding inventory, facilities management, and construction management.

Federal Grants & Contracts Administration

Team ENJ specializes in domestic and international federal grants and contract management. This experience includes serving as financial manager, subrecipient and contract monitoring specialist, grants and contract compliance trainers, financial accounting and regulatory compliance specialists. Team ENJ has worked with federal agencies, international non-governmental organizations, not for profit organizations, state and local governments, and institutions of higher education. Combined the team has more than 50 years of federal grants and contracts administration experience.

We've worked extensively with organizations receiving funding from the U.S. Department of the Treasury (ERAP, Coronavirus SLFRF, Hardest Hit Fund, and Homeowner Assistance Fund), U.S. Department of Urban Development, U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Department of Transportation, and U.S. Department of Energy.

Audit & Audit Resolution Services

Having conducted 100+ audits on behalf of federal offices of inspectors general, state agencies, and private clients, team ENJ has unique experience with audit preparation, audit execution, and audit resolution activities. Areas of specialization include: 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance), AIDAR, FAR, and agency regulations promulgated by the State Department, HUD, and HHS. The team has also worked with non-profit and governmental organizations too develop and implement corrective action plans, and to monitor/internally audit progress towards plan completion.
